Responded to our problem the next day after the call, worked above and beyond the expectations we had. Metro did what other companies looked at and said "not our problem". Called them in for a leaking condensation duct, found that the issue was more plumbing related but even so they worked with us on a solution when they had all right to leave and charge us for the consultation.

Got a new system in May. Paul and his guys were amazing. Price was reasonable for the state of our economy. Would recommend the company to anyone else.

Had old gas furnace taken out and had a new heat pump and electric furnace installed. Came exactly when he said he would. And the cheapest price I found by thousands of dollars. I feel like Mr.Paul is very trustworthy and isn’t in this to rip people off. Him and Mr. Dale was both very nice. He really cares about his customers. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would definitely hire him again if needed. My home is now cool through out the whole trailer and not just one room due to a window unit. And I know my home will be warm through out the winter and comfortable all through out the year and many more to come. Will be my first winter in my home as just recently purchased it.

I spoke with Paul midway through the day and he was kind enough to fit me in their schedule! The technician that came by, Dale, was friendly, professional, and worked very quickly. He went above and beyond by checking my outside unit under an umbrella since a rainstorm cropped up right after he arrived, and was mindful enough not to track mud back into my trailer. He had the part needed to fix the unit on his truck; so about 2 hours after picking up the phone I'm sitting in a cool, comfortable house. Pricing is fair and actually less than what I was expecting to pay.It's great to see a local business offering such quality service, and I'm glad to know who to call the next time I have an HVAC issue or need regular maintenance.

Paul always goes above and beyond when we have a problem. When we call him he comes right out and sees what the problem is and doesn't leave until he fixes whatever is wrong. He's friendly and dependable. We very highly recommend him for your A/C and heating needs.

Fast honest and be ready to freeze your butt of if your wife is like mine. 3000 sqft kept at 64 degrees. Paul you might did to good on this one. I got a coat on.

Paul and his associate responded quickly to our call. We have a very old A/C compressor unit that, while still running, has gotten very loud. I appreciate that Paul recommended some options for making it quieter and didn't just suggest that we need to buy a new system. We had him replace the fan and motor, which definitely made a difference and will allow us to postpone the big investment a bit longer.

I needed to replace my 23 year old heat pump and air handler so I got with Paul from Metro Climate Systems. He gave me a great price quote and set up a time for it to done. Paul and 2 others came with the new system at the scheduled time. They finished up a lot faster than I thought they would being that the air handler was in a hard-to-get-to cramped space. They cleaned up the areas where they worked when finished. Best of all, the final amount I paid in total came out to the quoted price. Paul was very easy to work with and I recommend him if you're looking to replace your HVAC system. I have had the system for 2 months now and everything has been just fine.

Honest reliable service. Right Scott Hamil? I spoke with you the day after we rushed over to your house and fixed the problem. You were happy and were suppose to pay your bill like you had said that you were going to do. today is 5/21/19 and its still not paid. It is very costly to run company trucks up and down the road each day.And hire great technicians. The bill reflects a 75 transportation fee and our company rate of 75 dollars as well. the part was 28 dollars at my cost. You knew this Scott. I do not know anything about your fan motor going out . It had to be two days later because I spoke with you the following day and you were thankful and praising us for getting you from the 90 degree heat. I really doubt your fan motor went out Scott. If it did then you should have called and we would have came back and replaced it. And added it to your bill that has yet to get paid. I have never met you personally but though that you were a nice person on the phone. Then I read the lies you have wrote about my company.I do not appreciate it one bit Scott.
